Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process orders quickly, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests after this window cannot be accepted. Once you receive your order, you may return it for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time during holidays and sale periods. We process orders Monday through Friday, and all orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipments go out the following business day after processing. We do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders typically take 2–4 weeks to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Prices on our site are tax-free in USD. Depending on your country, you may be responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees once your order arrives. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not covered by us. We are also not responsible for delays caused by customs. How do I return an item?

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or missing, please contact us right away. Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and any relevant details. We’ll resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be processed by your card issuer within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned item or cancellation request. If you haven’t seen the refund yet, please contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times can vary.
